Frequently Asked Questions

Go to your Shopify admin, navigate to Online Store > Themes, click Add theme, and either upload the ZIP file or install from the Theme Store. Then click Customize to start editing.
Yes, but switching presets will reset your customizations to the preset defaults. We recommend backing up your current settings before switching. You can export your theme settings from the theme editor.
Themes purchased from the Shopify Theme Store are subject to Shopify's refund policy. Generally, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the theme doesn't work as described.
If you purchased from the Shopify Theme Store, updates are automatic. You'll see an update notification in your Themes dashboard when a new version is available.
Each license is valid for a single store. If you need to use the theme on multiple stores, you'll need to purchase additional licenses.
We focus on theme development and support. For custom modifications, we recommend hiring a Shopify Expert. The theme is well-documented and developer-friendly.
